Subaru officially unveiled its 2019 Ascent three-row SUV at the 2017 Los Angeles Auto Show and, as expected, it's very similar to the Ascent concept we've seen previously. Perhaps to build enthusiasm for the reveal of a vehicle so similar to an already-shown concept, Subaru unveiled the Ascent with a load of very good dogs.

The exterior has clean lines, and the large grille and bumper are re Mini scent of the Outback wagon and Forester compact SUV. The cleanliness extends to the rear, where an available trailer hitch is hidden behind a removable panel in the rear bumper, a feature typically found on luxury SUVs.
The interior includes numerous family-friendly features: 19 cup and bottleholders, up to eight USB ports and a 120-volt household outlet. The second row is available as either a three-passenger bench or dual captain's chairs, and the third row seems capable of accommodating taller adults for short trips. According to our editors, that's about the best you can expect from the third row of a crossover SUV.
Check out the gallery above, and stay tuned for more information and driving impressions as we move closer to the Ascent's on-sale date sometime in the summer of 2018.
