fca announced its new online retail experience, in which customers can purchase vehicles from chrysler, dodge, jeep, ram, fiat, and alfa romeo directly from their homes. working completely online, buyers can purchase a vehicle right off a dealer lot including trading in another vehicle, applying for credit, getting price and payment estimates, and choosing add-ons like extended warranties.
after the buying process is complete, participating dealers will deliver the vehicle directly to the buyer's driveway.
