Engine blocks, cylinder heads, crankshafts and camshafts are professionally cleaned using thermal and/or chemical cleaning methods. Blocks and cylinder heads are inspected for cracks before final machining and assembly.

Machining & Inspection

Cylinder walls are bored and honed as required to restore piston-to-wall clearance and compression performance. Block and cylinder head surfaces are resurfaced when needed for proper gasket sealing.

Crankshaft Reconditioning

Crankshafts are ground and micro-polished as required to restore correct bearing clearances and smooth surface finish.

Cylinder Head Remanufacturing

Cylinder heads are pressure tested, machined, resurfaced and rebuilt using quality replacement components when required.
